How do I change or cancel my order?

Check your order details or contact our customer care team via email info@mnsworldwide.com to make changes to or cancel your order.

Please note that once your order has been shipped we can no longer make changes to the items or address details.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

All our items are custom handprinted in our studio. Therefore slight imperfections may occur.

If your item is damaged, document the issue and review the warranty/return policy. Then please contact customer care so we can resolve it for you.

How often do you drop and restock?

We recommend staying up to date with us on our social media pages for all drop and restock announcements.

Selected members also get send updates via email.

What is the sizing like?

Please view our size charts that are located on the product pages. Most of our pieces run in an oversized fit.

What does Sample Sellout mean?

The Sample Sellout category features items with slight imperfections, making them unsuitable for our main collection.

What does Custom Classics mean?

Our Custom Classics Collection, lets you create individual custom pieces.

It also features exclusive 1:1 designs, made from selected items.
